Amy Trahan

My name is Amy Trahan, and I am a proud Northeast Florida REALTOR®, entrepreneur, community advocate, and servant leader.
Real estate is more than my profession it is a calling, a passion, and a legacy woven throughout my family.

I recently completed my term as the 2025 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Jacksonville Network, and as of last week, I officially transitioned into the role of Past President. Serving as President was one of the greatest honors of my career. I dedicated my year to strengthening leadership, elevating education, fostering connection, and helping our members grow both personally and professionally. Supporting others in their leadership journeys is something I carry forward proudly as Past President.

Within the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® (NEFAR), I have served in multiple roles that reflect my deep commitment to advocacy and community impact. I have been a Key Contact, helping bridge communication between REALTORS® and elected officials. I am an active member of the Political Advocacy Committee, and I serve on the Global Business Council, supporting the growth of international influence and diversity in our marketplace. In 2024, I was honored to serve as the Chair of NEFAR’s Community Marketing & Outreach Task Force.
My commitment to professional excellence has earned me recognition as a Florida REALTORS® Honor Society member. I am also a Major Investor in RPAC, because I believe firmly in protecting private property rights and advocating for the future of our industry.

Education and growth are core values for me. I regularly invest in my development by attending national, state, and local conferences, leadership summits, and business meetings, including NAR, Florida REALTORS®, Mid-Winter, Great American Realtor Days, and Women’s Council leadership training.

Real estate is truly a family legacy for us. I work alongside my daughter, Amanda, at Keller Williams Atlantic Partners Southside something that has brought me tremendous pride and joy. My husband, Shannon Trahan, is a Florida State Certified Master Home Inspector, HUD approved for 203k inspections, and co-owner of Drone & Ladder Home Inspections, a company we built with love, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Together, Shannon and I also operate Trahan Real Estate Services, offering property management and certified light repairs that help our clients navigate their transactions smoothly. Our son continues the family’s connection to real estate as a foreman with AJ Johns, a respected construction firm in Jacksonville.

Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mom of 3 amazing humans and an enthusiastic supporter of youth athletics. Our daughter Anna known on the derby track as “Ash Kicker” skates with the First Coast Junior Rollers.
Being a roller derby mom has filled my life with excitement, joy, and a vibrant community that inspires me.
At my core, I am driven by service, purpose, leadership, and heart. I love this industry and the people in it. My goal is always to show up authentically, lead with integrity, and make a meaningful impact on the lives and communities I touch.
