Real Estate Agent
Lindsey BIO-
Graduated Palatka High in 2009, afterwards I moved to Louisiana where I became a stay-at-home mom starting at the ripe age of 19. By 23 years old I was a mom of two, missing home and unhappy in my marriage. Returning to Palatka in 2015, I got a divorce and started serving at Beef O Bradys and soon after Longhorn Steak House to provide for my children and at times working 2-3 jobs. In 2016 Matt and I started dating and got married in March of 2020, soon after in May we found out we were expecting. When pregnant with our youngest, I asked Matt if I could quit serving until after Hunter was born due to back issues. His response was, “You can quit, but you will not be sitting on the couch eating Cheetos. You need to find some kind of course to better yourself”. Matts mom was in real estate part time and my mom was a realtor back around 2005, it was a short online course so I figured it the best during the timeframe I had. I never planned this to actually turn into something I love and have so much passion for.
July of 2021, I received my real estate license and moved with my MIL to Century 21. I stayed there for 10 Months before moving to Momentum.
May of 2022, I became a Momentum agent and my world opened up. From May of 2022- December of 2022 I closed on 8 properties. The amount of training, guidance, and outpouring of knowledge changed my life.
2023- I closed 22 properties. In February/April Chris Moore called me and asked if we could partner with some leads… he TRULY changed my career and life. In 2023, I really became an agent learning and doing 3X as much then I was use to.
2024- I started getting busier to the point I had 0 time for myself and my family. I vividly remember coming home one Sunday after 4 open houses and showing 3 or 4 buyers within 2 days. I walked up to my husband and just broke down, telling him I could either be a mother and a wife or a real estate agent. At that point, I had already made more in 1 quarter than what he makes all year at a w9 job. We regrouped and he started his real estate classes and passed the exam (the 1st try I might add) in May of 2024 and became fulltime in August. By December of 2024 we closed 42 properties and made almost $130,000
2025- We decided to bring his mom in on the Parham team, like Matt she always was tired of making everyone else money and not herself. We are slowly getting the grove of things and Q1- closed 12 deals and brought in $43,000+/-
Matt Bio
I grew up in in Bardin, Fl spending time with the family Hunting, Fishing, raising animals and enjoying time spending life outside as a kid should be. Life growing up couldn’t be choreographed any better. I had my first job mucking stalls the simultaneously worked at Kay Larken airport while working part time in Publix supermarket while going through High school at Palatka High. In 2009 I graduated and we relocated over to St.Augustine, this is where I learned that everything in life didn’t revolve around making mud mowers, bonfires and Buba trucks.
Once I moved here, I began working with an entirely different clientele of people. Ones that spent their lives after much higher goals and doing things that I longed to do. My first job there was working at a local West Marine which got me heavily involved in the local fishing community and doing things from sponsoring tournaments to creating custom tackle for local vendors. While there I stumbled on my passion for electrical systems and a love for solving people’s problems.
After a few years at West Marine I became friends with a local entrepreneur Brian Bosley the CEO and owner of Solar Stik. I spent 11 years here and refined my skills in not only electrical systems but also people skills and business operations. While in my employment there I did everything from managing a team of engineers to deploying all over the world including Afghanistan to increase my knowledge base as well as teach about our technology.
Since then, I have tried large corporations such as Northrop Grumman but have found that as my family has developed it becomes increasingly hard to conform to a lot of the corporate models. This is where I decided to join my wife in real estate and finally become an entrepreneur myself.
In this new role we are finally able to attain the things we have desired and effort in equates to output. If you have big dreams, you will never attain them in a corporate model working 5-8s. Only you know the value of yourself and in these types of environments the rewards will pay in dividends.
