Who we are
tracyhayespodcast.com (the “Site”) is the website of the Real Estate Excellence Podcast, operated by REE Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Jacksonville, Florida.
This policy covers this website only
This policy applies to the Real Estate Excellence Podcast and this website. It does not apply to Tracy Hayes’s mortgage lending business, to Planet Home Lending, or to any loan application, mortgage inquiry, or consumer financial transaction. Those are governed by separate privacy notices provided by that business.
Please do not submit loan applications, Social Security numbers, account or card numbers, income documentation, or other financial information through this Site. It is not built to receive that information.
Information you give us
Guest intake form. If you apply to appear on the podcast, we collect: full name, professional title, biography, email address, phone number, website and podcast links, current brokerage or company, the city or market you serve, years in real estate, a profile photo, and social media profile links. You provide this so we can produce and promote your episode — show notes, YouTube descriptions, social captions, and blog posts. Most of this information is submitted for the purpose of being published.
Email list. If you subscribe, we collect your first name and email address and use them to send podcast updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
Voicemail. If you use the voicemail page, we collect an audio recording of your message through your device’s microphone, with your consent. As stated on that page, recordings may be stored, edited, and used publicly on the podcast.
Direct email. Anything you send to tracy@realestateexcellencepodcast.com.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we receive standard web and server log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps.
The Site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Plausible Analytics to understand traffic. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which collects device and usage data under Google’s own privacy policy. These services and our website platform use cookies and similar technologies.
Podcast episodes are hosted and distributed through Libsyn. Libsyn and the listening app you use collect their own download and playback data, including IP address, app, device, and approximate location. That data is governed by their policies, not this one.
How we use information
- Produce, publish, and promote podcast episodes
- Communicate with guests, listeners, and prospective guests
- Send episode updates to people who subscribed
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share guest or subscriber contact information with advertisers, sponsors, or third-party marketers.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who help us run the Site and the show, only as needed for them to do that work:
- Podpage — website platform and hosting
- Libsyn — podcast hosting and distribution
- Google — analytics, tag management, reCAPTCHA, and embedded YouTube video
- Plausible Analytics — website analytics
- Podcast directories and platforms — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and others that carry the show
We may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Published content is public
Guest information submitted through the intake form, and voicemail recordings, are intended for publication. Once an episode, show notes page, blog post, or social post is published, that content is public and may be copied, quoted, or indexed by others in ways we cannot control or reverse.
Embedded content and outside links
The Site embeds third-party media (such as YouTube) and links to outside websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to remove or stop publishing content you submitted
To make a request, email tracy@realestateexcellencepodcast.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Please understand that once an episode has been distributed to podcast platforms, it cannot be fully recalled from every service that received it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. We extend the choices above to everyone, regardless of location.
Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep information
We keep guest submissions, subscriber email addresses, and voicemail recordings for as long as needed to operate the podcast and maintain its archive, unless you ask us to delete them.
Children
The Site is intended for real estate professionals and adult listeners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
