Born and raised in Jacksonville, Cindy Browning entered the real estate world in 2013 with a passion for helping people in tough situations. She founded Mac Home Development, turning distressed properties into beautiful homes, focusing on both homeowners and neighborhood revitalization.

Ready for the next challenge, Cindy transitioned into property management, becoming CEO of Round Table Realty Property Management. Committed to putting people before property, she’s dedicated to elevating the industry and improving the customer experience.

When she’s not managing properties, Cindy enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, home projects, great food, golf, and live music—all while loving life in Jacksonville.
