Joel Gonzalez, MBA, born in Venezuela, is an Industrial Engineer with experience in the corporate world.
A devoted father of three, husband, and friend, he has been living in the United States for 15 years.
Joel studied in Venezuela, Germany, and the United States. He is multilingual and holds three Master’s degrees in International Business, Logistics, and Quality & Productivity.
He became a real estate agent and co-founded the Real 4 Jax Team with his wife, Jessica Mendez, successfully helping hundreds of families achieve their dream of homeownership.
As a dedicated philanthropist, Joel supports and initiates various programs that benefit the Hispanic community in Northeast Florida. He works closely with the Archdiocese of St. Augustine, the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FCHCC), and the Estrellita de Belén Foundation.
