Mom/Mentor/Brand Ambassador

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines - I came from a big, close-knit family. I was raised by my grandparents on my father’s side and both of them were incredibly musically talented. Growing up, our home was always filled with music, my uncles playing instruments, everyone singing , it really shaped who I am. My stepfather was a rock icon in the Philippines, often compared to Mick Jagger, so as a teenager, I got to experience life behind the scenes of concerts and live performances.

After college, I worked as an animator for a few years, but my heart kept pulling me toward music. I eventually joined a band in Malaysia where I became one of the lead female singers. That season of my life was unforgettable and it was also where I met my husband. We both believe our faith and destiny brought us together. I fell in love, and over 27 years ago, I made the move to the United States.

When I got here, I fully embraced being a wife and a mom. I was a stay-at-home mom for many years while also running a home-based travel agency and working part-time as a beauty consultant while my kids were in school. Then about 19 years ago, my late mother-in-law challenged me to get my real estate license and that one conversation completely changed my life.

I still remember calling a brokerage after I passed my exam, asking if they would hire me and they turned me down. But I didn’t let that stop me. I found my way to EXIT Real Estate Gallery. I was blessed to earn Rookie of the Year for the Florida region and had the opportunity to help relocate hundreds of military families connected to Naval Air Station Jacksonville during BRAC.

Since then, I’ve been a top-producing agent in Northeast Florida, a mentor, and a Brand Ambassador with United Real Estate Gallery, the brokerage that EXIT Realty transitioned into, where I’ve poured into and trained hundreds of agents over the years. But more than the awards, what truly means the most to me is the impact I’ve made and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

At the heart of it all, I’m a wife to an airline captain and a mom to an incredible family. My son is now an aerospace engineer based in Virginia, who has worked with NASA operating one of their satellites in space, and earned his master’s in Space Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. I’m also a proud mom to my beautiful special needs daughter, CJ, who inspires me every single day, and we were blessed to adopt a son from the Philippines over four years ago.

I now have the honor of leading worship at Christ's Church, and my faith continues to be the foundation of everything I do. I’m an animal lover especially when it comes to our family dog, Beeba, a lover of fashion and someone who truly believes that every season in life, whether good or hard, has purpose.

My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been full of faith, growth, and God’s grace every step of the way.
