Niki Sparks

I grew up immersed in the world of real estate - parents, aunts, uncles, and a few cousins are in the industry as well. And while I was born with a passion for real estate that never faded, I chose to first focus on homeschooling and raising my children, while working a few property flips and rentals over the years, before I dove in full time. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and are now empty-nesters, and it wasn't until our children both went off to college that I got my license and started building a business to serve others in real estate. And I went ALL in.

I'm very proud to have built my business entirely on relationships, with the market knowledge and expertise to guide my clients to achieving the best possible outcome for them - no cold calls, no door knocking, and no paid leads. People always have and always will come first in everything I do. My business goals are set and measured by connections made, new relationships formed, and the number of families served - never a dollar amount or income to achieve. I learned early on that if I educated and served my people well, and remained learning-based myself to build the skills to get the results my clients needed, the business will come naturally. My hope is for every client I serve to receive a luxury experience and feel like my only client. Systems and leverage help me accomplish this, allowing me to stay fully present and connected to my people, whether they're currently active in a transaction or not.

I consider it a privilege to walk my clients into their next chapter of life through real estate - from their first home to their retirement home and everything in-between - and most are considered family somewhere along the way. Real estate has fulfilled me in countless ways, and is so much more a way of life for me than a career. I love what I do, I love my people, and I love serving them at the highest level.

When I'm not serving clients, you can find me spending time with my husband and family, playing with our fluffy Goldendoodles, enjoying time on the water, walking the beach, or floating in the pool. I've lived near the coast all my life, and love our coastal lifestyle here in St Johns County. I also have a deep love for the history of St Augustine, as a direct descendant of one who landed with Pedro Menendez in 1565 and helped found our incredible city. I not only love where I live - I can't imagine ever living anywhere else. St Augustine has my heart!
