Travis Moore

Most agents picture a transaction coordinator checking boxes and chasing signatures. Travis Moore, co-founder of Next Level Agent Support, says that is a small part of the job. Travis started as an agent, found his niche as a TC at Keller Williams, then built out a transaction coordinating department and ran operations before co-founding Next Level Agent Support with Whittney Rocha and Deanna McGinley. He has closed roughly 5,500 transactions in his career, his team supports over 100 agents, and he has carried as many as 90 transactions pending at one time. His edge comes from hospitality. Travis worked in hotels and resorts, including the Casa Monica in St. Augustine, and learned that "your whole job is delivering an experience. You're not here to do a job, you're not here to do a task, you're here to facilitate an experience."
