Her Mother-in-Law Told Her to Slow Down #shorts

Newer agent. Talking fast. Treating every other agent like competition.
Holly Frandsen on the two things her mother-in-law fixed.

When Holly Frandsen started working with Tracy Frandsen — her mother-in-law and the other half of the Frandsen Team — she was operating like the business was a competition.

What she picked up first: there are enough houses out here for everybody. Tracy would pick up the phone with a listing agent she already knew and find out where their buyer actually was, instead of treating them as the other side.

The second lesson was harder. Slow down. Listen to the details. Ask what actually matters to the seller up front — how fast do they want to close, is there wiggle room on price — instead of finding out later.
