Two deals. Two neighborhoods. One lesson.
Tracy Frandsen on the "wow factor" that turns clients into referral machines.
It's not about the sale. It's what happens after.
DESCRIPTION BODY (after "...more"):
Tracy Hayes calls it the "wow factor" β the thing top agents do that clients never asked for, but never forget.
Tracy Frandsen has two recent examples: one up in the Avondale/Ortega area, the other down in St. Augustine's Beacon Lake. Her answer centers on staging β she says it's become critical when a home sits vacant. Buyers used to shrug it off. Not anymore.
Her take: a well-staged, great-shape home will still sell β but staging is the difference-maker, especially when the seller is still living in the house.
It's a small thing that changes how a buyer or seller remembers the whole transaction.
