She collects socks, blankets, and backpacks for foster kids.
Tracy Frandsen on why one child is worth it.
Then she connects it to a warning every buyer needs to hear.
Tracy Frandsen's summer campaign collects pillows, blankets, mosquito spray, rain ponchos, umbrellas, non-perishable foods, and socks. In winter, it's jackets, hats, gloves, school supplies, and backpacks β all for foster and displaced kids through a program run out of a room the size of a classroom at the high school.
She's honest about how heavy it is. But her mindset is simple: you can't fix everything, but if you change the life of one child, that's the difference that matters.
Then she connects it straight back to real estate β the same care she brings to that mission work is why she won't let a first-time buyer get over-committed and end up house poor. Protecting people, whether it's a foster kid or a buyer signing a mortgage, is the same instinct.
