Holly Frandsen's source is her own people. She listens to what buyers complain about. "I'm so tired of these small, tiny lots" tells her demand is shifting toward bigger lots, so that's what gets featured. "The interest rate is scaring me" tells her to feature the incentives builders are still offering on new construction.
She also spends real time watching what agents outside her market are doing, then adapts it to St. Johns and Clay County.
