Travis says most people assume a TC just makes sure you don't miss deadlines, checks off boxes and handles some paperwork. More admin than anything.
"A true transaction coordinator is going to be someone who is truly your partner."
That means evaluating the issues that come up during the deal, giving feedback and offering solutions. Not watching you do everything yourself and calling it support.
