Four or five kids. What they're looking for. What the last agent said.
It all goes in the CRM.
Holly Frandsen on turning notes into a plan.
The Frandsen Team writes everything down. Meet someone at an open house, find out they have four or five kids and here's what they want — it goes in the CRM. Agent feedback on a listing — it goes in the CRM. Those personal questions get asked at the first meeting, not the fifth.
Holly says they've started dabbling in Claude to work those notes: find the pain points, find the commonalities, and use them to their advantage.
Tracy Hayes' take was blunter — if AI is sitting there ready to do that work for you and you're not using it, that's on you.
