Everyone posts their best day.
Nobody posts the struggle.
Holly Frandsen on what actually performs on social.
Tracy Hayes' point: agents on social media only show you their best. They're having the same struggles you are β and they're in a completely different chapter of their career than you. Seasoned agent or someone a year in, you can't compare apples to apples.
Holly Frandsen's answer is that people want real life. They're over the agent who shows up in a suit and walks you through a house.
What works for her team is the opposite. Showing up in sandals and a dress on a dirt pile. A day in the life of a realtor running an open house. The nit and grit nobody sees, because most people have no idea how much work goes on behind the scenes.
"They want you to be authentic and they want you to be yourself."
