Six or seven agents. One meeting a month.
Three goals each — announced out loud, written down, and asked about next time.
Holly Frandsen on accountability that actually sticks.

The group meets monthly, not weekly, on purpose. Weekly is a lot when you're also trying to grow your own business, and people in this industry get intimidated and drop off.

Each meeting starts with one member teaching their strength. Holly takes social media — including for the members who don't have a presence at all.

Then everyone names three goals in front of the room. The goals get written down, and at the next meeting you get asked whether you did them. You had a whole month.

They're deliberately small: send mailers to the farm area, get into the CRM and make sure it's organized and tagged. "It doesn't have to be anything insane, but it's baby steps to get to a bigger goal."
