Her answer: if something doesn't work, figure out a way to make it work. Put the blinders on, stop comparing yourself to everyone else, and look at the numbers. Why is this listing working and that one isn't? Is it price? Is it marketing? Get down to the nitty-gritty.

The second half of her answer is about being authentic β€” because if you're not going to be yourself, you're selling somebody an incorrect vision of what they're getting.

And when a plan stalls, she pivots rather than waits. Her team has run coffee trucks at open houses that weren't getting traction. "Figure out how to win."
